The paper summarises knowledge of the beetle fauna in the Świętokrzyski National Park. Monitoring and inventories conducted in 2007−2020 (which brought significant amount of original faunistic data), as well as published information (including historical data since the first half of the 19th century), give records on 2,176 species of Coleoptera from the Park, of which 18 are legally protected, 6 are listed in the Annex II or Annexes II and IV to the EU Habitats Directive and 95 − on the Red list of threatened animals in Poland. Significant value and natural character of the Park's woods are indicated by the presence of about 40 species considered relicts of primeval forests.
