The experiments were carried out on 17 white mice with natural C. pusilla invasion. Taeniasis was diagnosed on the basis of elimination of overmatured segments of the parasite. The experiments were performed in two series. The administered drugs, dosage and the results are tabulated. The obtained data are compared with the results of ambulatory treatment of T. saginata carriers, with the same drugs. A limited number of experimental animals does not warrant definite comclusions; it may, however, be claimed that the efficiency of the drugs under examination against C. pusilla is, as a rule, consistent with that observed in the therapy of T. saginata carriers. The experiments of 1959-1960 designed to infect a sufficient number of mice with C. pusilla failed; unsuccessful was also the experimental C. pusilla infection in Tyrophagus noxius, Tyroglyphus farinae and larvae of Notopsyllus fasciatus and Leptopsylla segnis fleas.
