Abstrakty

PL

Przedstawiono dwa współistniejące dyskursy, które przez swoją dominację wpłynęły na kształtowanie polityki rolno-żywnościowej w krajach UE: dyskurs wolności handlowej (reprezentowany przez światopogląd chrematystyki) oraz dyskurs wielofunkcyjności (bazujący na koncepcji rządomyślności). Jako spójną alternatywę dla nich ukazano dyskurs agroekologii (ekosystemowy).

This paper considers three cohabiting discourses in agro-food and rural policy domains in the EU countries. Two of them, i.e. free-tradism (chrematistic approach) and multifunctionality (based on governmentality conception) are dominant and influential in the policy problems definition and implementation. The third one is agroecology discourse (consistent with ecosystemic world view) set up as an alternative approach.
