Logistics of distribution is a system of connection with market, linking logistics of production with logistics of supply of the buyer. Basic marketing instruments required in proper functioning of logistics of distribution include polices of: product, supply terms, communication and distribution. Logistics of distribution is a unique connection between production and consumption and its target is to fill following gaps: time, space, quantity and product range. In logistics of goods various distribution channels are used, which can be broadly divided into direct and indirect ones. The paper presents analysis of distribution and its channels in two companies: candy producer and sugar producing. It also includes score point analysis of efficiency of applied channels of distribution.
