Nowadays, the enterprises need to meet the customers' requirements, which are more specialized, in a rapidly growing economic competition. To meet these requirements the different characteristics and quality of products and services play a primary role. The tasks of quality management are the proper harmonization and development in order to meet the customers' requirements as perfectly as possible. However, the customers' satisfaction is more and more important in the life of the companies, generally there is not enough attention payed to know the opinions of the customers. According to our opinion, focusing on the customers' satisfaction would give the greatest results within the quality management.
