The agricultural policy of the Visegrad Group underwent the considerable modifications and the changes in direction of more market-oriented agriculture. The changes were connected to the adjustment and unification of the agricultural instruments with the European system. The evolution of agricultural policy took place in three steps. First depended on liberalization of price regime, second — on introduction of intervention mechanisms on agricultural market, and third — principal — depended on formulating the proper aims of the agricultural policy in the studied states.
