Целью исследований было сравнение влияния более интенсивного кормления низинных овцематок силосом и луговым сеном, а также зеленым кормом из злаковых трав с люцерной и концентратами на показатели репродукции. Опыт проводился в период 26 июля - 23 октября 1984 г. на 120 овцематк , разделенных на 4 группы кормления (по 30 голов в каждой группе). Овцематки урупп I, II и III в период 6 недель получали дополнительное кормление (на 3 недели до случки и 3 недели после случии). Более интенсивно скармливали силос и луговое сено в соответствии с нормами кормления. Для овцематок группы 1IV до периода случки величину рационе снижали по отношению к потребности на 43,7% общего переваримого белка и 13 овсяных единиц. В этот период овцематок кормили силосом из кукурузы, концентратами и луговым сеном, а в первые три недели случки в суточный рацион вводили вместо силоса и сена зеленый корм травяных злаков с люцерной с целью повышения уровня кормления. Плодовитость овцематок в группах колебалась в пределах 93,3-96,7%, эффективность оплодотворения после первой случки в пределах 95,5-96,0%, а оплодотворимость овцематок группы 1IV в сравнении с остальными (135,7-139,3%) была выше в среднем на 12,3%. Случка овцематок групп I, II и II продолжалась 4 недели, а группы 1IV — 3 недели.

The aim of the respective investigations was to compare the effect of intensive feeding of lowland sheep ewes with silage and meadow hay as well as with green fodder of alfalfa and concentrated feeds on the reproduction indices. The experiment was carried out in the period July 26 - October 23, 1984 on 120 ewes divided into 4 feeding groups (by 30 ewes in each group). Ewes of the groups I, II and III were fed additionally for 6 weeks (3 weeks before and 3 weeks after mating). More intensive feeding with silage and meadow hay was applied according to the feeding standards. For ewes of the group IV before the mating period the ration was lowered in relation to the requirement by 43.7% of total digestible protein and by 13% of oat units. In this period ewes were fed maize silage, concentrated feed and meadow hay, while in the first 3 weeks of the mating period green fodder of grasses with alfalfa was introduced into the daily ration instead of silage and hay in order to increase the feeding level. The fertility of ewes varied in particular groups within 93.3-96.7%, the fertilization efficiency after the first mating varying from 95.3 to 96.0%,while the mean fecundity of ewes of the group IV was by 13.3% higher in relation to the remaining groups (135.7-139.3%). The mating period in the groups I, II and III amounted to 4 weeks,in the group IV - to 3 weeks.
