Prof. Stanisław Berger, the icon of the Polish nutritional science, celebrated in June 60th anniversary of his work at Warsaw Agricultural University and the 35th anniversary of the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Consumer Sciences (formerly the Faculty of Human Nutrition and Rural Home Economics founded by Prof. Berger). The acclaimed scientist in September celebrates his 90th birthday. We also publish an interview with Prof. Berger. - Scientists must remain unbiased in research. In the food production chain all its participants have to be fair and honest - he points out.
