Во второй части статьи даются практические замечания касающиеся сохранения соответствующего климата в квартирах, особенно в начальном периоде их пользования. В чём состоит соответствующее проветривание, как сушить строительные перегородки, когда и как красить и когда можно оклеивать стены обоями. В статье есть тоже указания касаюищеся оснащения квартир, их украшения и консервации. Квартира — это среда, в которой проводим не менее чем половину времени жизни.

In the second part of the article some practical remarks concerning the maintaining of the proper climate in our flats, especially in the initial period of their utilization are made. What does the proper conditioning depend on? How to dry the walls of a building? When and how to paint, and after that when to decorate rooms with wallpaper? There are also recommendations on how our lodgings should be furnished, embellished and maintained. We must remember that a flat is an environment in which we spend at least a half of our life.
