PL
Alianse strategiczne stają się coraz bardziej widoczne w globalnej ekonomii. W rozwijających się sieciach i ekonomii opartej na wiedzy, tradycyjna firma ma dylemat, czy „gonić w pojedynkę", czy też „współpracować". Alianse strategiczne są stosowane do łączenia potrzeb firm z ich możliwościami w niepewnym otoczeniu, a następnie do wykorzystywania specyficznych zasobów i umiejętności. Regulacja poprzez alians zasadniczo pociąga za sobą wybór pomiędzy kapitałowymi i niekapitałowymi formami, określanymi także jako quasi - hierarchie i quasi - rynki. Kreowanie wartości jest rdzeniem tworzenia i utrzymywania aliansów strategicznych. Alianse strategiczne rodzą koszty i korzyści. Artykuł prezentuje istotę, motywy, formy i cechy aliansów strategicznych.

Strategic alliances are becoming more prominent in the global economy. In the emerging network and knowledge - based economy, the traditional firm dilemma whether "going it alone" or "collaborating". Strategic alliances are used to meet firm' needs and opportunities in uncertain environment while further utilizing firm - specific resources and capabilities. Alliance governance typically involves choosing between equity and non - equity forms, also referred to as quasi - hierarchies and quasi - markets. Value creation is the core of strategic alliances formation and survival. Strategic alliances incur costs and benefits. The article presents the essence, reasons, forms and attributes of strategic alliances.
