The aim of the study was to evaluate the energy and nutrient intake of a group of women with normal bone mass and women with osteopeny or osteoporosis. The prevalence of osteopeny (-l>T-score>-3,2) was observed by 29,26% women and osteoporosis (T-score<-3,2) was observed by 12,23% women. The analysis did not show the statistical difference of the mode of nutrition between women with normal bone mass and women with osteopeny or osteoporosis. In all analysed groups nutrient intake didn't meet Recommended Dietary Allowances for the Polish population. The weekly food rations were charakterized high protein and phosphor content and deficiency of analysed minerals, vitamin B1, C intake.
