In pot experiment was investigated the Al and Mn content in leaves of different stalk position and their distribution in particular parts of tobacco plants depend on topping practice. Mean contents of elements was similar in leaves of both variants of topping. The level of elements decreased from lower to upper stalk position. The plants accumulated much more Al in roots, and Mn in leaves. The topping increased Al accumulation in roots, and didn't cause differences of Mn accumulation. The distribution of Al was following: roots lamine ≈ leaves > inflorescence > stalk, and for Mn: lamine ≈ leaves > inflorescence > roots > stalk.
