PL

Polska należy do krajów UE o najwyższym potencjale biomasy energetycznej. Oszacowano potencjał biomasy w zakresie: biopaliw płynnych (biometanol, biodiesel), biogazu rolniczego odpadów i produktów ubocznych drewna z leśnictwa.

Poland is among those countries where there are possibilities to use Renewable Energy Sources and biomass particular. Significant amounts of unused biomass are found in the form of waste materials: in public utilities, in industry, agriculture and forestry. Sustainable development and utilization of any waste biomass and raw materials from agriculture create a large potential of the production of the liquid biofuel, biogas from agriculture, waste from forestry, industry and energetic plantations. The requirements to fulfill the EU directive constitute another incentive for activities and the use of RES, particular biomass.
