EN

Acetylcholinesterase topographically associated with the nervous system was found in B. fuscatus. Its nervous system consists of two main ganglia connected by a commissure, and three pairs of nerve trunks which are united by transverse commissures. The specific character of the nervous system of B. fuscatus is a great number of transverse commissures (fourteen postacetabular), distributed regularly.
