Abstrakty

PL

Przedstawiono rozważania dotyczące przekształceń w polityce wsparcia w wyniku kształtowania regionalnych ugrupowań integracyjnych. Wskazano na zróżnicowane procesy dostosowawcze w zależności od sytuacji ekonomicznej rolnictwa i poziomu rozwoju gospodarczego. Zwrócono uwagę na czynniki wykazujące istotne znaczenie w ocenie przepływu nadwyżki ekonomicznej w procesie integracji, wykorzystując różne miary jej szacowania. Przedstawiono trudności wynikające z wprowadzenia jeszcze jednej płaszczyzny oceny, osłabiającej wpływ sytuacji wewnętrznej poszczególnych państw, a także ze względu na różnorodność ugrupowań integracyjnych. Okres badawczy obejmował lata 1990-2007.

This paper presents the consideration of mutual relations in agricultural support policy. It was presented factors influent on transformations in the agriculture support policy conditioned of the regional integration. The analysis of different approaches of the influence of regional integrations agreements has evidence not identical in meaning results. It was showed on the necessity of the regard of partial factors influent on adaptations. The examinations of the agricultural price relations to point out that we need to use different price levels conditioned of the regional integration. It was introduced the construction assumptions of the model taking into account indicated determinants.
