Przeanalizowano rynki rzepaku w Polsce i rozwój przemysłu tłuszczowego.

Rape is currently the most important crop in Poland, as far as the raw material for the oil industry is concerned. The area of plantations, yields and harvested crops of rape show substantial variability owing to different climatic circumstances and changes in market prices. In addition, rape is more profitable for farmers than wheat. For Polish agriculture, there is a great chance to produce bio-fuel from rapeseeds. As a consequence, it not only will create the demand for rape in our country, but also nowadays is increasing the demand for rape and bio-fuel in the European market.
