In presented paper the influence of nutrition on organism function was described and it was pay attention on obesity as an effect of lack energetic organism balance. It was achieved review of using diet and their influence on cardiovascular and respiration system, as well as, organism adaptation to physical load. Relationship of kind of nutrition and disease in organism was described too. This analysis shown that using diet is important factor determining health and organism function.
