Out of 25 Cerambycinae representatives demonstrated in the following paper, the majority constitutes species widely distributed in Poland, albeit with often insufficiently examined distribution. In the analysed material the least numerous were Callidium aeneum (D EG.), Cerambyx scopolii FUESSL., Chlorophorus varius (M ÜLL.), Obrium cantharinum (L.), Phymatodes pusillus (F.), Ropalopus femoratus (L.), Trichoferus pallidus (O L.) i Xylotrechus rusticus (L.), which is paralleled in the current knowledge on their distribution in Poland. Discernible disproportions to the disadvantage of northern regions (Baltic Coast, Western Pomerania) are indicative of both species’ habitat preferences as well as intensity of research. For it is areas with high nature value that are eagerly explored, such as the Greater Poland National Park, the Rogalin Warta Valley, or nature reserves, especially those that neighbour with academic centres. When it comes to methodology, the efficiency of Moericke and light traps is noticeable. They are particularly valuable with species that lead a hidden lifestyle, which are difficult to track using traditional methods.
