Авторы исследовали влияние вытяжки из свежих листьев Pulsatilla pratensis на Trichomonas foetus Ried. Эксперименты провели на трихомонадах выращенных на среде Шнайдера, Установлено, что препарат оказывает вредное влияние на паразита. Авторы наблюдали ослабление подвижности и морфологические изменения этих протозоев. Оказалось, что раньше всего действует преперот в растворе I : I, так как уже после 20 минут воздействия убивает трихомонад. Установлено тоже, что действие вытяжки не зависит от возраста разводки п разитов, а только от времени воздействия препарата.

The influence in vitro of an extract prepared from fresh leaves of Pulsatilla pratensis on Trichomonas foetus Riel was studied. Trichomonas foetus cultivated on Schneider’s medium were used in the present studies. Results of these studies indicate that the preparate exerts a noxious influence on Trichomonas foetus. A decrease of motility and morphological lesions were observed in the protozoa. It was found that the preparate is most active at the dilution 1:1, because already after 20 minutes of its action the Trichomonas die. Furthermore it was found that the action of the extract does not depend on the age of the culture but on the duration of time of the action of the preparate.
