Geese of White Italian breed were fad with the concentrates contained - as a dominant compounds - ground oat, dried forage and sugar beet pulp providing in diet the amount of about 15 g of crude fogre per head and per day. Increasing of the contribution of a crude fibre in geese diet affected the decrease of degree of crude fibre digestibility as well as neutral and acid detergent fibre, cellulose, and hemicellulose about of 0,5% - 70,0%, all depending on the feed applied. Comparing to control group, higher digestibility coefficients for acid detergent lignin /average 100 % for both experiments/ was stated in that case, if the main source of component were sugar beet pulp or pectin originated from dried forage and sugar beet pulp /16% and 12,0% respectively/.
