Level of free amino acides in blood plasma and liquid contents of the rumen of sheep fed with different content of nitrogen compounds

Semiquantitative estimations of Arg, Al, Pro, Gli, Glu, Phen, Liz, Leu, Wal, His, Asp, Ser, Tre, and Try were performed in the blood of sheep. An increase in the level of same free amino acids was noticed in the blood plasma of a sheep, as compared with control one. The level of Glu has increased after feeding with the hay investigated. Glu was not found in the blood plasma of control sheep. An increasing tendency showed also Leu, in the experimental sheep, however Arg, Liz, His, and Asp tended to decrease. In the rumen content Pro, Leu, Wal, Tre, Glu, His, Ala, Liz, Met, Tyr, Try, Ileu, and Gli have been found.
