EN

The socio-economic situation in the villages requires state policy of revival and balanced development of rural areas. One of the priorities such a policy ought to be increasing of economic, professional, spiritual, educational, lawful level of each peasant, awaking in each peasant the fillings of owner and leader. These are the basic reasons for forming Ukraine's national net of elucidative and innovatory centers. The centers would have to be created in agrarian educational establishments. At the same time with the traditional activities, the universities ought to fulfill the elucidative and innovatory activity such as agrarian extension, retraining, heightening of specialists, youth training (professional orientation, economic of personal plot of land, community development etc.). In frame the activity the working out and introduction of both socio-economic countryside revival and community development projects would have to fulfill.

Sytuacja socjalno-ekonomiczna wymaga formowania polityki państwowej w sferze odrodzenia i zrównoważonego rozwoju obszarów wiejskich. Jednym z priorytetów takiej polityki powinno być dążenie do podwyższania poziomu wiedzy. W tym celu autorzy proponują stworzenie na Ukrainie państwowej sieci centrów innowacyjnych na bazie uczelni rolniczych. Oprócz tradycyjnych kierunków działania uniwersytety powinny prowadzić działalność innowacyjną.
