Przeprowadzono analizę procesu podnoszenia wartości rynkowej przedsiębiorstw agrobiznesu przez procesy konsolidacji na rynku kapitałowym w aspekcie tworzenia się obecnie grupy kapitałowej Sokołów S.A.

Transformation of economic system in Poland made it necessary for enterprise to create the new approach for management especially taking into account its capital. The growing competition forces efficiency improvement in using of economic resources. The main reason for enterprises to join is tendency to enterprise market value maximalization. Such an enterprise is called the fusion. If the value of joined enterprises is greater than the sum of single enterprises value before the fusion, there is a positive synergetic effect. And such a fusion is an effective one. The basal synergy sources can be operational and financial enterprise cooperation. The operational cooperation regards to economics scale, market power and an opportunity of monopolistic price fixing, efficiency increase, cost reduction etc. The effects of financial cooperation are the results of tax -profits and capital cost reducing. The aim of elaboration is making an analysis of market value increasing process regarding to agribusiness enterprises by consolidation processes on capital market in the aspect of Sokolow S.A. capital group creating.
