Działający w warunkach wolnego rynku system kompleksowo chroniący zarówno produkcję rolniczą, jak i dochody rolników stanowi interesującą alternatywę dla prowadzonego na dużą skalę interwencjonizmu w rolnictwie.

In the article is included characteristic of agro-insurance system that has been operating since 1996 in the USA. The system that is operating in the free market environment covers risk connected either with production natural factors or price changes that secure farmers income.
