Średnia długość zarządzania gospodarstwem starszego pokolenia wynosi około 32-33 lata, stąd bliższy model zarządzania gospodarstwem to model 35-letni z tendencją dążenia do 30-letniego.

Building model generation change in the management of a family farm, tried to make this exchange followed from parents to children, about the same age, parents and children, and it was assumed that each generation of management training is the same length. The age for taking over the farm from their parents is stretched in time, the average age of acquisition offarms is roughly around 38 years with a standard deviation of about 8.4 years. Considering the age of children who take the farm, it is also in a wide range and the average is around 61 years with a standard deviation of 8.4 years. The average length of farm management is about 32-33 years, hence closer to the farm management model is a model 35 years old with a tendency to be shortened to 30-year.
