The types of resources which are needed for realization of innovative projects of creation of the agrarian formings for the complex growing and reprocessing rape to a biodiesel in an existent project environment have been considered and analyzed in the article. The requirements for the effective use of project resources have been formulated. The principles of prognostication of the oriented indexes of effective work of agricultural enterprises from the complex growing and reprocessing rape to a biodiesel after introduction of such innovative projects have been grounded.
