The aim of the study was to compare the occurrence of mycotoxins in plants pea and yellow lupine grown in organic and conventional production. The subject of the study were pea and lupine plants during the development phase of setting pods (peas) and pods on main shoot and lateral shoots of flowering-tion (lupine). Plants were obtained from two different studies in Agricultural Experimental Station in Winna Góra conducted during the growing season 2010. Mycotoxins produced by fungi from an infected plant material were: NIV, DON, 15-AcDON, 3-AcDON. Our results and literature data indicate that mycotoxins can not be completely eliminated by applying a fungicide. Differences were found in the content of mycotoxins in the green parts of plants and the lack of correlation with the occurrence of these mycotoxins production system.
