В первой части статьи обсуждаются неблагоприятные гигиенические и оздоровительные условия большинства квартир в Польше. Прежде всего отрицательно воздействуют теплово- -влажностные условия формирующие микроклимат помещений, разные виды излучения и их интенсивность а тоже вредные химические элементы и микробиологические загрязнения. Взаимодействование этих всех факторов ведёт к понижению стойкости организмов жителей.

In the first part of the article the unfavourable hygienic, and sanitary conditions in the majority of flats in Poland are discussed. First of all thermal conditions and humidity react adversely shopping the microclimate of the compartments, then come various types of radiation and their intensity (the so-called electroclimate) as well as the harmful chemical factors and microbiological contaminations. The joint action of all these factors leads to a decrease in the sanitary resistance of inhabitants.
